Certificates of Assured Destruction & Assured Recycling

These certificates verify that the documented materials have been received by E-World Recyclers and treated in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) pursuant to section 66273.83, subsection {c}, along with the California Code of Federal Regulations (CCFR) Title 22 Chapter 50.

Methods used by E-World Recyclers and downstream recyclers to recover component materials also assures that all equipment, devices, or products contained in the above documented load(s) were recycled properly and in an environmentally safe manner. E-World Recyclers releases the named customer from any and all liabilities related to the safe destruction and recycling of the above documented load(s).
